Most manufacturers offer one-year parts and service warranty on their products. If you purchased an extended service contract (such as 5 years coverage from the date of purchase), the extended warranty contract administrator handles the claim and setting up the service calls.

If you purchased an extended warranty from the Appliance Manufacturer please follow the
instructions found on your policy.
If you purchased an Extended Warranty directly from Galvin Appliance your contract is handled by Warrantech / Expert Protection. They can be reached at 800-543-8890.
It is easiest for them to look up your contract by the phone number you used when you placed your order. Make sure that if the agent is unable to find your contract under your phone number to try other phone numbers, old phone numbers, your invoice number, or name to help them locate your contract.
